Acquisition, installation and configuration of a system for capturing, recording and distributing images in the Parliamentarian section room. Sound system in the Parliamentary session room. The National Assembly of Cape Verde has in the process a technological renewal project as well as a citizen-oriented approach. In this respect, was necessary to improve the way the parliamentary sessions are offered to citizens. This project, executed by MGO Consulting on a turn-key basis, consisted in first step to replace the sound capture system in the sessions by implementing new microphones, electronic voting possibility and simultaneous translation. In a second phase, it consisted of the implementation of a Full-HD image capture system and broadcast via streaming to the internet using a last generation regie digital system.
